Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Orders ship from New York within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 1-3 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive in 2-5 business days.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. You can also use our Track Order page. If you don't see our email, please check your spam folder.

Yes. You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. Email support@nogorshilpo.us with your order number, and we'll send a prepaid return label. For an exchange, we process a return and a new order. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
