About Us

Crafted for the City. Inspired by Timeless Heritage.

Welcome to NOGOR SHILPO, a headwear brand built on our own designs, urban culture, and Bangladeshi craftsmanship.

The name Nogor Shilpo translates to "Urban Craft." It reflects a simple idea behind everything we create: everyday headwear can be distinctive, thoughtfully designed, and made with attention to detail.

Designed by Us. Made in Bangladesh.

Every NOGOR SHILPO cap starts as our own design. Our team develops the shapes, panel structure, embroidery, patches, colors, and trims. We then produce each style with experienced makers and production teams in Bangladesh, working closely with the process from materials and stitching to finishing and quality checks.

We believe this connection between our design direction and Bangladeshi craftsmanship is what makes NOGOR SHILPO distinct.

Shipped from the USA

We keep inventory in the United States, so your order does not ship from overseas. All U.S. orders are packed and shipped from our location in Oakland Gardens, New York, and most arrive within 2-5 business days.

Our Philosophy: The Everyday Elevated

We believe great style comes from thoughtful design, clean silhouettes, quality materials, and details that become part of your everyday life. Rather than chasing every fast-fashion trend, we focus on contemporary headwear with a clear NOGOR SHILPO identity.

Thoughtful materials
We choose materials for comfort, texture, and durability, from cotton twill to faux suede and lightweight performance fabric.

Distinctive design
Our designs are original. We pay close attention to proportions, embroidery, patches, trims, and finishing details.

Quality construction
Stitching, panel structure, closures, and sweatbands are built for regular everyday wear.
