At NOGOR SHILPO LLC ("NOGOR SHILPO," "we," "us"), we want your shopping experience to be clear, secure, and straightforward. Product prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal
  • Pay in installments: Shop Pay Installments, where eligible

Available payment methods may vary by device, browser, and order. We do not accept cash on delivery, personal checks, money orders, or wire transfers.

2. Shop Pay Installments

For eligible orders, you may choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay Installments at checkout. Eligibility, approval, payment schedule, and any fees or interest are determined by the installment provider and shown to you before you confirm your order. Your installment agreement is between you and the provider. Refunds for orders paid in installments are processed through the provider and applied to your installment plan.

3. Pricing and Currency

  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Shipping: Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders.
  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Order total: You can review the product price, shipping, taxes, and final total at checkout before you pay.

We do not add hidden fees or extra charges after an order has been placed.

4. Billing and Payment Timing

Your payment method is authorized and charged when you place your order. After a successful purchase, we email an order confirmation to the address you provided at checkout.

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. You can try again or use a different payment method. If you see a pending charge for an order that did not go through, it is usually released by your bank within a few business days.

5. Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its authorized payment providers. Your payment details are encrypted during transmission. NOGOR SHILPO does not store or have access to your full card number or CVV.

6. Refunds

If a return or cancellation is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method, generally within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
