Welcome to NOGOR SHILPO. This website (nogorshilpo.us) is operated by NOGOR SHILPO LLC ("NOGOR SHILPO," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into a binding agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and Descriptions

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations can occur in embroidered details. Product availability is shown on our website and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Standard shipping within the United States is free on all orders.
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Payment is authorized and charged when you place your order.
  • Eligible orders may be paid in installments through Shop Pay Installments, subject to the provider's terms shown at checkout.

We may correct pricing or product errors and cancel or refuse an order affected by an obvious error. If we cancel an order that has already been charged, you will receive a full refund. For payment methods and details, see our Payment Policy.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized or unlawful activity, pricing or stock errors, or incomplete or inaccurate information. We will notify you by email if we cancel your order and refund any amount charged.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders are packed and shipped from our location in Oakland Gardens, New York. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control. 6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the cost of return shipping on U.S. returns. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, how to start a return, and refund timing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the NOGOR SHILPO name, logo, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, and website design, belongs to NOGOR SHILPO LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content, designs, or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Your purchase of a product does not give you any rights to our designs or brand.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or use stolen payment methods
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site or its security, or attempt unauthorized access

9. Accounts, Email, and Messages

If you create an account or subscribe to our emails, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. If we send text messages, you can reply STOP to opt out.

Our site uses third-party services, such as Shopify and payment providers, and may link to other websites. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
